Clicking Quick Reply offers a field for a subject line reply only. Choosing Reply allows you to complete a subject line field as well as a text box to continue your comment.
Many users add abbreviations or symbols to the end of their subject line text to indicate that there is more to read beyond their subject line, such as:
- rop or r/o/p (read on please)
- + or ++
- ...
